m-mman
WTH is that plastic(?) air filter doing on the top of the oil bath air cleaner?? 🤨 A 1955 Cadillac oil bath lower should be covered with the “Star Wars” part that is sought after by rodders. Looks nice but that’s a lot of work for a low mileage car. (Rear wheel bearings? Balance drive shaft?). Maybe it just needed it.

Rivguy
This one is in nice shape and I love the color. The sedans are sturdy, but the four door hardtop, introduced for '56, is much swankier. The roofline is lower and with all four windows down, it's as cool as a Coupe de Ville. I am biased since I had a '56 SdV. Love the inclusion of the pig in the background!

That air cleaner part looks exactly like the plastic cover for our salad bowl!

deac
This looks to be a nice car. I am not so sure it's $27,000 nice. The air cleaner looks hideous and for the matter the engine compartment need a lot of TLC. The rear bumper is pitted. But if the seller gets anywhere north of 25 grand, god bless him!
