Has external contracting brakes- Appears to be same as one that is on a 24 Packard but axles shafts and brakes are not interchangeable. Fordy Posted November 5, 2023 Share Posted November 5, 2023 That looks a lot like it could be 1925 R series Hupp. Brakes etc look very similar to what I have on my 1923 & 24 cars but in 1925 they went to that type of center.
