This is a nice car.  It's a 4 door and the owner did a bunch of stuff to it and so I guess the owner knew he would never get his money back.  The aftermarket gauges are mounted in a stupid place and look tacky on this car. I can only assume it needs interior work

Engine work receipts add a lot to this Pontiac.

Even as a dowdy four-door sedan, arguably the best styled of GM's 1960 lineup. Maybe tied with Oldsmobile.

Cadillac had at least toned down their outrageous fins for 1960. I never warmed up to Buick's 1960 rounded-off fins and front fender and door blisters. Chevrolet's fins and grille were great, but unless it was wearing Impala trim the taillight panel looked cheap.

Verdict? Even needing seat work this is probably a good buy, especially as an entry-level hobby car. As y'all have heard me say before, a nice old car is a nice old car regardless of bodystyle. Stylish, reliable, with a cool Space Age presence.
