leomara
Back in a 2003 post some information was given on this topic. Oak Bows in PA, Witmer's Coach in PA and someone by the name of Mel's at 419-368-3226. Any of these places still doing business? Any new ones to try? dl456
I did business with Oak bows about three years ago. Bought a pair from Witmer recently. Mel was at Hershey this year. Witmer”s are bent to size for you to trim and chamfer but are very affordable. Dennis
leomara
Hi dl456, thanks for the input. Regarding Witmer's, was it difficult to finish their bows? And who know's anything about Mel and his work? Also do you have a source for the sockets at the end of the bows? Thank you.

dibarlaw
Mel had also made the sockets for my 1925 Buick Standard Touring.
