OLDGUY1
Hello, new member to this form. I have been looking at purchasing this model of truck. -I have been told that for 1968 truck year, did not use the “ B “, but “ C “ designation is that correct ? -also the name plate is screwed on firewall, not riveted, should this be of concern to me ? thxs in advance for any help. Fleek
I do not have the answer but maybe someone will know. I would guess it may be because it is a Canadian truck

Dr.Deere
Weird, Everything thing I've researched says it should be a C, I've got a 67 908 B. Vin tag indicates it has a " black diamond" 264, used from 49 to 59. Strange. My vin tag was also screwed on and I riveted it . Wisconsin Historical Society website has some interesting info on their site, in case you weren't aware. Mat Shelton Posted yesterday at 01:59 AM Share Posted yesterday at 01:59 AM 1967s are B Models, 1968 are C Models. The VIN tags are screwed on.
