Bobby 1909
Hi Huppers, can someone send me a PDF about the breeze carb?Look at pic, the pipe is not originally, ist me "waste depot for overrunning gasoline" Email : Rainerbrockmann57@gmail.com Thanks a lot
KenHupp20
Not original, likely to catch drips,or maybe get cleaner air if driven on a dusty road.
Steve Hughes
I would like to see a side shot that shows the manifold better. 1909 manifold might be different than what is on my 1911 Model 20. It has a J shaped bottom and the bottom hole of the carburetor sits in the hole in the J section. Air is pulled through a passage in the exhaust manifold and preheats the air intake to the carb. Bobby 1909
Hello Steve and others, here are some pics. The throttle lever is mot installed. I will take away the carb next week, then more pics. But i have a qustion about the breeze carb (H3), is there a way to high level the gasoline in the fuel chamber? And is my type label original (see pic). Thanks Regards Rainer
Bobby 1909
Hallo Huppers, hier noch ein paar Bilder vom Einlasskanal. Das blaue Kabel zeigt den Einlass zum heißen Luft-Einlass-Kanal Grüße Rainer
KenHupp20
Hello Rainer,Not sure you have a question here.It does look like an original intake manifold.A plug would be installed at the bottom if you need to use the hot air intake. Ken

Bobby 1909
Hello Ken and other huppers, i found an old post about oil for transmission, the theme was about SAE 250 it will be reduce noise, i like to test this, because switching gears with mi car is not possible withlout noises. So i drain mi trans (1 litre oil), but it was black, so may be motor oil runs in trans? When i take now SAE250 in transmission, is it possible to get problems? KenHupp20
Hello Rainer,I think too heavy an oil in the transmission might be troublesome with the clutch.I believe they always called for same as engine oil. Ken
Bobby 1909
Hello, SAE 250 is in now, first test: Switch the gears goes silent, no problems; now i make a "long time test" Regards Rainer
