GUIDE S-18 Spotlight, with Mirror. A Nice Original. 1940's BUICK?

PRICE NOW REDUCED TO $130. SEE SECOND POST. This is a decent original GUIDE S-18 Spotlight, with mirror that is ready to get put back into use. 1940's to early 1950's vintage. The brackets appear to be set up for 1940's GM. From what I've seen online, the brackets look like they are for BUICK of this vintage, but I'm not 100% certain of that.

The head swivels perfectly. The mirror glass is very usable as-is (that's a reflection of a tree branch in the photo, NOT a blemish). The interior handle has good chrome. The spotlight shell and bezel are pretty much free of any dents (there's a camera shadow that may look like a dent in the shell, but there's no dent). However, there is a small dent in the back of the mirror (seen in the photo). There is some pitting in the pot metal piece that supports the spotlight shell, and on the back of the mirror, as seen in my photos. The original on-off switch is in place. Overall this is a presentable vintage  spotlight, with the overall patina you'd expect from being 75-years-old.

The original GUIDE chrome cap is still on the spotlight's bulb. As with most electrical items this old, this spotlight will need to be rewired before use. Therefore, I'm selling this GUIDE spotlight untested and as-is.

The price is $150, plus the shipping. As always, I welcome any questions you have. Thanks for looking. John

Thanks for checking in for the measurement. All dimensions I'm providing below are "straight across", as measured with a rigid ruler. I sighted down the ruler to get the sizes.

The clear portion of the outer lens that shows is approximately 4-1/2" across. The outer diameter of the stainless steel trim ring is about 5-1/2" across. This spotlight "head" is a bit smaller in diameter than many of its predecessor spotlights of the 1930's. Being a GUIDE S-18 (with the smaller diameter) places the light I'm selling in the late 1940's into the 1950's. John
