This may have been posted before. Seems cheap for as complete as it is. Would it make a good parts car if nothing else?

1927 Buick 4-door sedan real nice body have everything to put it back together and the new timing gear to get it running again Coral be sold with the bill of sale $3200 or best offer located in Plattsmouth also have many extra parts I go with it new and used

Geez, this is actually a mighty fair price! Either they truly want it gone or it's in some way bogus.  

Maybe the wood is shot?
