Carburetor trivia

Have been continuing digitizing of carburetor data, and just finished Rochester (at least through 1979).

 

So the trivia question:

 

How many of Rochester's 34 customers can you name?

 

I will give you: Acadian, Beaumont, and Kiekhaefer.

 

And I did not count Chevrolet and Chevrolet Truck as 2 different, one only.

 

Make your own list but only post the number you can remember.

 

I will post my list after a day or so.

 

Again, I have 34 on my list.

 

Had I not been working with these, I would have remembered 30. See if you can beat that number.

Did they supply carbs to the Delco Light plants? (generators)

Larry - I do not know. If they did, I have no record of it. Not on my list.

Canadian - Acadian, Beaumont

US passenger - Buick, Cadillac, Checker, Chevrolet, Dodge, Ford, Kaiser, Mercury, Oldsmobile, Packard, Plymouth, Pontiac, Studebaker

US truck - Brockway, Divco, GMC, White

Marine -Aero, Aquanautics, Chris-Craft, Crusader, Daytona, Gray, Grumman, Kiekhaefer, Inboard, Outboard, Owens, Palmer, Revley, Salmon Stiles

 

I have no military or small engine Rochester documentation, so there may be others.

Apollo, which used the aluminum Buick 215 and it's Rochester carb.

Thanks Joe - to be honest, I had not thought about the Apollo in maybe 50 years!

 

Google brought back some fond memories of times before I was bitten by the "buy American" bug.

How about aircraft manufacturers?

 

I know they are not carburetors, but did Rochester's fuel injection systems sell to other than Chevrolet and Pontiac?
