I'll take a stab at it and call it a 1955 Buick Century in Condor Yellow. Very bottom right area resembles a smashed 55 Buick trunk emblem and just below that and a little to the left that wording might say Century. 

That wording almost looks like an artist's signature.

The crushed Buick was "created" by César Baldaccini in 1961 and resides in the Museum of Moders Art in NYC.

You're right..."Cesar" signed on the yellow paint near the botom.
