If you could get it up and running with a probably near impossible to find engine, I would strip the remnants of the touring body off the back and make it into a roadster pickup. For the most part the engine appears to be all there which is a significant part of the battle. I had an engine that looked very rough but it had been in dry storage and unloved since 1933. I was shocked as could be when it turned out not to be seized-up.
