Jolly_John Posted September 22, 2021 Share Posted September 22, 2021 I plan to offer this pair of original, good condition Riviera rear exhaust hangers for sale. But, I like to be specific about items I have available. I know these factory hangers are correct for 1963 and 1964 Riviera. But, can someone clue me in about 1965? I searched the forum, and found a prior post about these, but the '65 application was unclear.Also, it appears these hangers do not fit GS models without modifying the two slots that attach to the transverse muffler clamp. By finding a related 2014 post here on the forum, I was able to determine that these exhaust hangers (securing each of the intermediate pipes and the transverse muffler) are correct for Riviera only--1963, 1964, and 1965. From this earlier post, it wasn't clear that they would fit the '65 GS. The rear hangers for the GS may have slotted holes to accommodate the larger diameter GS exhaust muffler clamp.
