Model A Gas Tank?

Can anyone tell me the year of this Model A Gas Tank? I believe 28 - 29 and 30 - 31 are different? Thanks for any help.....

28-29 with the screw on cap.

If you look in this area indicated by red box, there should be a date stamp.   You might have to sand it a little to get the date to show up clear enough to read it.  There was a change in location of choke rod support on the bottom right side (as viewed from the drivers seat) made around 1929.  There is some modification or addition to this choke support on this tank.

That area around the filler hole that looks like there would have been a pad, would have been used on a 1929 4 door, like the town sedan. It would be the same tank as the 1928-29. The 1929 4 door models, the tank was under a cowling and used a different hood.
