Looks like the picture was taken after the Parade at the February 2020 Napier Art Deco celebrations - just before Covit-19 hit New Zealand. We drove her down from Tauranga and only had to change down to second gear twice on the whole trip - going up to the two summits on the Taupo-Napier highway.
