Which way with the support rods is correct for a 20 K45?

Could you please post some photos of the whole car for us.  What we see here looks very interesting and nice.  I have a 1920 Closed Bodied Buick also.

The side curtain rods bend to the rear as in your second photo.  This allows the door side curtain to overlap the curtain behind it.   I have lots of information on side curtain construction if you need it.

These are pictures of the car from the auction site.  It was a little on the rough side.   Notice the coon shit in the third picture, it was 6 inches deep on the floor.

These are pictures from a few weeks back.   The engine was completely redone with NOS valves, new springs, new pistons and two new sleeves in 2 and 4 where the piston pins scoured the side walls.  Crank was reground and all new babbitt bearings.   New wheels from Stutzmans in Ohio,   new body wood where needed, and we are currently waiting for the hood from the paint shop and the soft top.  The hood was a real mess with most of the hinge tubes either torn out or missing.  I have to work about 3 hours on it in the English wheel to get it to fit properly.
