Has a European flavor to it, although it appears to be left-hand drive. This photo was taken circa 1940 on Trinity Place in NYC, behind the Trinity Church cemetery, across from what is now the American Stock Exchange Building (known then as the New York Curb Exchange). Too bad it's not like today's Google Street View where we could pivot around to the front of the vehicle for a more telling look.
