dibarlaw
Swapping out wooden spoke wheels to wire or disk wheels is not easy. The hubs are specific to these types of wheels. One would need to find a chassis with the appropriate hubs to match. I had to make bearing adapters for my friends 1927 Master Sport Roadster to go from wood to Buffalo wire wheels. I liked the look of the wood wheels better.

That said, the project is difficult and the wheels are the easy part with the difficult parts often being brake drums, axles, and .... in your case, you probably need brake drums and axles, as well as some creativity as to spare tire mounting. Perhaps try to find an unrestored car with rotted wood or maybe you would be lucky and someone has all the parts.
