edinmass
Nothing special about it.....if it’s running lean, it’s usually from the channels being plugged with dirt and varnish. You have to remove all the plugs to clean it........I have seen a bunch of them “professionally rebuilt” that were NOT fully disassembled. They are fragile, and can break easily......that’s when you learn how much a carburetor costs to replace. Also, the fuel system is probably contaminated.......so you will need to clean the tank and rebuild the fuel pump. I would reject for E10 fuel if you can’t get non alcohol fuel in your area. Installing a hotter plug will also help. Edited September 16, 2020 by edinmass (see edit history)

YES, VERY FRAGILE AND VERY EXPENSIVE !!!
John_Mereness
Sidenote: I think they can break in any way imaginable via being fragile, but be very careful with the fuel line fitting in particular. Add'l Sidenote: When I get them about right I install the air cleaner and then fine tune.
