Wheel size changes '92 Riv

I believe some wheels may have been the same on Reatta and Riviera. Does anyone have any info on a 17 inch Lucerne wheel from 06 thru 08?   Or any other proper changes. Tired cleaning wire wheel covers.

Reattas never had a 17" wheel, was 15" 88-90 and 16" 90 (Select 60)-91.

The Lucerne wheel will work fine.......but you need to carefully choose the size of the 17 tire to keep the speedometer close to correct.

For reference,  the original 215/65r15 Reatta wheel/tire was 26 inches in diameter.

You can go to www.powerdog.com and do the research..... here are some examples.

215/60r17 = 27.2 inches

215/55r17 = 26.3 inches

225/55r17 = 26.7 inches

225/60r17 = 27.6 inches

235/55r17 = 27.2 inches

The issue is the step on the bottom of the front spring.  I find that a 225x60r16 (26.6" diameter) has just enough clearance.

Great info. so the 215/55/r17 as noted  above should work just fine at 26.3 ?????

Yes  This is a 225x60r16. note the cleance on the strut at the top of the tire.
