Jim Nelson Posted June 8, 2020 Share Posted June 8, 2020 Having removed my heater when I pulled my engine, I failed to remember the hook up on heater and at the water pump. It may be of no real consequence but want the hottest water going to the correct input on the heater - upper ? lower ? for the best heat transfer to my feet as I dislike cold feet in the winter months.......life is real tough today - - - Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
DonMicheletti Posted June 8, 2020 Share Posted June 8, 2020 I doubt it makes much difference, but the upper connection at the pump is the return to the radiatot, it is the hottest. Since the water would cool going through the heater core, Id run the top (hot) feed to the top of th heater too. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
