Flat Neck Nut For Door Hinge

Hi, Just asking if anyone knows what these are called and where do get replacement.

They are a slim nut which has a large flat neck which allows 3 nails to fix it to the internal woodwork in the frame.

Mine had a slotted screw going through door hinge then into this.

When timber rotted and bolt rusted only way out was the angle grinder.

Any help appreciated, sorry about photo's camera not that good or maybe me

They are in a class of nut generally called "Tee Nuts". There are many configurations. Not sure you'll be able to find the exact old style that was used for auto body framing. But if it's not seen then there are modern versions that will work the same.
