Hubert_25-25
Buick Friends, I posted this in the General Technical section but I wanted to make sure that all of my Pre War Buick friends saw this as well. I recently lost my water pump seal in the first 100 mile check out. The hood was not on the car and I quickly saw what was happening before the situation got out of control. All back together now, but I felt a need to do an inexpensive upgrade to protect my new engine rebuild. This is an easy installation and it is comforting to have a display of the engine temperature when you want it. The audible alarm beep is loud enough even in an open car. Tap on the link below. Mark Shaw
I prefer the period correct method that is right in front of the driver. It works quite well and looks like "Kilroy Was Here" when running at the correct temperature.
Hubert_25-25
Mark, That is a very cool looking semiphore. I image that those are considerably rare.
Mark Shaw
Yes Hugh, this is the only Buick one I have ever seen... I also have a generic Arrow Meter that will be on my 15 Buick Speedster.
