Its a decorative piece from the 20's made by Krone-Sebek Casting Co. It is chrome and has multi color glass inserts and it clamps onto something on a car. Possibly a headlamp housing or over a bulb base. I cant find any information about it or the company.. Looking to see if anyone knows anything about it.
