Packard 8 Coupe

The Packard factory picture in Post #2 is a 1934 model year; the hood side door vent handles are a match to the Packard to ID.  Also, since the unknown car has half-door construction, I believe that Packard may have called the body design as a "Coupe Roadster".

Re. the Jack M comment in Post #5 - - - I agree.  Note that she also has high heel shoes on!

Maybe someone can come up with the exact height figure for the 1934 Packard coupe?

Women were shorter in those days. Average height then maybe 5' 1"?? Nowadays about 5' 4".  There are still plenty of very short women out there. In this part of the world, with so many immigrants from South East Asia, I reckon the female average height has gone down again.

If you've ever had the chance to see the vintage hand/foot prints in cement in front of Grauman's Theater in Hollywood, the thing that surprises most people is how tiny the women's foot prints are.
