I don't think it is one of the more well-known makes.

 

I haven't found a match for that rear hub yet.

Can't help on the car but the hills in the background look a lot like those on the northwest side of the San Fernando Valley. Makes sense for a movie shooting location as it was pretty close to a number of studios. Nothing rural about the San Fernando Valley nowadays, all built up after WW2. But it is still used for a lot of TV and movie locations.
