Patrick J Reeve
I am looking for a schebler model R carb off of a 1917 studebaker, but am sure that it fits many other cars . I really need the bottom portion, but will take the whole thing if the choke is in the correct position, which I can explain if you give me a call. Thank you Patrick 315-663-1569 cell
carbking
The Schebler type R came in several different sizes and configurations. The one for the Studebaker 6 is difficult, but think I still have some. The one for the Studebaker 4 is somewhat more common, but still not a bunch out there. (Professional opinion) - Use them on numbers-matching showcars or museum cars that will not be driven ONLY. If a driver, upgrade to a carburetor. 573-392-7378 (9-4 Mon-Tues central time). Jon.
