1960 Electra How do you change the Heat / AC Actuators ?

I need to change the heat / AC actuators in my Electra and I am wondering how to go about it.  I can see the actuators from under the hood, but I don't see any nuts or bolts holding them on.

I  am assuming that they may be attached somewhere but don't know where.

Any suggestions on how to get started would be welcome. The shop manual is great at telling me what they do in great detail but a little light on how to change them.

There are speed nuts on the shafts either side of the vacuum pull. .    These keep it bolted to the metal bracket.

Thanks Chris,  What did you have to take off to get to these ? All I see are the actuators and the hoses.

I don't have anything taken apart yet.  Its too nice and I am driving it.

It is an AC car.

My actuators are on the firewall or on the evaporator housing in the engine compartment.  Its getting the housing off that looks like fun.  All kinds of hoses and wires.

Plus fat boys and fat fenders dont match easily.

I will post pictures tomorrow when I get the car out.
