Seems to me that people are still showing interest in these cars and this forum is a great place to find information on them. This is a picture of my original wheels painted and stripped for those want to do their car wheels like original. The hub caps were chromed not by me. 27donb Posted August 28, 2017 Share Posted August 28, 2017 I still prefer chrome instead of nickle, even though it is not correct. Much less polishing! I have seen some pictures of beautifully restored 1924 and 1925 model 45's, but with natural varnished spokes instead of painted. For the model 45, where the spokes always painted?
