Guest
Lyn,
I own a 1930 Dodge DD four-door sedan. I paid $50 for it in 1960 and sold it for $450 in the late 1980s to an elderly gentleman, who put it back together and sold it to my mother-in-law about two years later. She later gave it to me. The old girl runs but could use some work. I plan on having the radiator boiled out this summer. She also needs an air cleaner, but I don't know what the air cleaner looks like on a '30 Dodge. The engine also could use an overhaul at some point, but I never checked on the availability of parts. Yes, I'd love to get some more information on the car. I bought it from my wife's uncle, who used it for years to hunt fox and trap pocket gophers. It's one tough car, let me tell you.
Tom Majeski

Guest
There is a decent number of these models represented in the Dodge Bros Club. When the new roster comes out (probably this summer) all you owners ought to make contact. We hope to have e-mail addresses in the roster this time. As editor I have a growing folder of DD stuff that probably will break out into an article or two over the next 12 months. Keep in touch, all of you. Guest
I have 2-1/2 1930 Dodge DD's, a 1931 Dodge DH, and a 1931 Dodge UD-10 (Canopy Express). I could use a frame (chassis) for a 1930 Dodge DD to make that 3 1930's instead of 2-1/2. Anyone have an extra DD frame around?

Guest danceswithpumps
Hi Lyn,I have a 30 DA coupe that my Dad bought to check his cattle/windmill in 1951. It is in running condition but someday hope to get it fully restored- paint and upholsery. I would like to find a rumble seat frame and an owners manual (original or copy). It's a great car and a member of the family. It's been shedded since 1960.Rodin Nebraska [color:"red"]

I'm sure these parts can be found. Guys are stilling finding 1915 parts, so 1930 should be a piece of cake???? (insert happy face here)

31meangreeny
Hi there,I have a 31 DH coupe that was my dad's first car. He bought it in 1958 for $175 from the (I believe) first owner. We rebuilt it together when I was 15, and at 16 it was my first car. Unfortunatly he passed away 11 years ago, and he never found a coupe exactly like ours. He had been looking since he bought it 58', but he passed before the advent of the internet. So now, 11 years later, I have pulled it out of storage, and my fiance and are getting it back to a running state. I have the original engine and transmission in storage. I took lots of pictures of them, so if you are interested, I will be happy to email them to you. I am very excited to find other Dodge Brothers owners out there, it has been a long search. I'm dying to know if anyone has the exact same car as mine. It has both spare tires on the fenders, stamped designs on the doorhadles and interior light, rumble seat, & the plate on the firewall is marked DH. PLEASE feel free to email me with info or questions! I look forward to meeting my expanded Dodge Brothers family. (It's not so lonely out there anymore!) nearchoclatetown
I count at least 8 DH coupes in the Dodge Brothers club roster. That's not many, but you are not alone. If you are not a member, you should be. And request a roster when you join.Go to the DBC site for info on joining.
