Itstime4me2fly
How would someone trace the history of their car? Like previous ownership and market the car could have been, i.e. Taxi/Limo etc. Other than what previous owner has told me, I don't know a lot about my car. I think it would be neat to know and maybe document. My car is a 1939 Roadmaster 81F with divider window. Thanks Bill
Mark Shaw
I suggest you start with state license records for previous owners.

Bob Engle
You won't have much luck dealing with DMV's for information. Your best bet is to find people that knew about the car and owners. You can attempt to ask for info from car clubs in the area where the car was last known to be. You can check with AACA to see if the car has a junior, senior, or HPOF award and the location of the car show where they won the award. Talk with the previous owner again. He should know Who,Where and When bought the car. Bob Engle
