1939 Packard 120 Club Sedan?

One of the dashes shown could be from the other Packard which is in the background of a couple of the photos.

 

Also the taillights appear to be "Senior" 1940 type.

 

The seller notes it is a 1939 Club Sedan and that none were made that year. Maybe it's a "bitzer", made up of bits of this and bits of that?

 

Also the VIN of 1417421205 is "strange".

Car just doesn't look right.  Something about the side to where it wraps around to the back window.  Too much space without glass?  Can't pinpoint it (?)
