eulcon
I was just told that my 1936 1/2 ton has a post war rear end in it (but that's not the problem) My question is: With the truck in gear, and both rear wheels off the ground, should you be able to turn both wheels without it turning the drive shaft? (or did i mess something up when I was removing the axle nut?)

The wheels will turn opposite directions, due to the spider gears If driveshaft is locked, and only one wheel turns, and other wheel is stopped, you have a problem
