In a little bit you may feel unwelcome due to the barrage of of negative comments on what you are contemplating on doing to your Pontiac frame. I kindly suggest for you to ask in a hot rod forum, instead of here. Is your engine in stock form? If so, I would leave it alone. What originally worked in 1956, will work today. Best of luck.
