HELP!!!! Wire Wheel Lug nuts

Recommended Posts

Hi,
Just thought I'd drop a quick note to see if any of you could keep your eye out for some wire wheels lug nuts. Kevin Wise needs about 10 so he can put his wheels on his car (a 1929 Dictator). So any assistance anyone can give in this matter would be appreciated (especially by me so he can stop bugging me to find some for him!) If anyone can help, please contact me at ascwebmaster@antiquestudebakerclub.com or contact Kevin directly at oldiron29@aol.com, or just post a reply and we'll get back to you.
Thanks,
ASCwebmaster
P.S. OldFord,
If you click on the below link, you will see a photo of the lug nuts our friend Kevin needs, I have found that the lug nuts he needs are plain with right thread only on all four wheels, other Studebakers used the lug nuts with an "L" and "R" on them, as seen also in the photo. These could have had either the letters raised or recessed.
See picture: http://www.softcom.net/users/huston/ASC2/SDH_photos/lugnuts_02.jpg
If anyone has this style lug nut on the right, let us know, we have the style on the left, with the L and R letters.
