Have soon parts , does it have a leather laced boot . I will how it is put together. The picture listed look different or is your like that . Mark Gregory Posted December 23, 2015 Author Share Posted December 23, 2015 Thanks for responding to my post . My parts are the ones shown . When I purchased my car it was in many pieces . I assume it was used as a parts car because the most odd things are missing . My ball and trunnion was intact but separate from the springs . So I assumed that the springs went with the car and the cage . But the spring has exactly the same diameter as the cage . From what I can understand the spring is supposed to go over the cage . I found a US Patent drawing that shows some parts but it is different from my ball and trunnion .http://www.google.co.ve/patents/US1508653 Any help you can give me would be very helpful .
