O.S.Simko Posted October 27, 2015 Share Posted October 27, 2015 (edited) 1958 Mercedes-Benz 220 S with Hydrak Automatic Clutch Purchased in the Detroit area in 2008 as a very solid running driving car, this example was then commissioned for restoration in Bangkok, Thailand. It was shipped there soon after and received a complete restoration, excluding an engine overhaul, as it was a good running, driving example when it was purchased. Finshed in Grau Beige (Grey Beige), this 220 S was then completed in 18 months. This example has since been sorted out, and driven about 100 miles since restoration. AACA National First - Junior Award. This automobile is located in Connecticut and can be seen with advance notice. Additional photographs can be gladly sent.
