John_S_in_Penna
Are you looking to restore one, and use another for parts;or street-rod it? A parts car and an easy restoration are2 different vehicles. All the best to you on your search! Just watch for rust.

John_S_in_Penna
You probably know the Forum on www.forwardlook.net ,which focuses on Chrysler Corporation's Virgil Exner-styledcars, but I mention it just in case. Those cars have great styling, though I understand thatfewer than usual have survived due to their terrible tendencyto rust when they were daily drivers. 61polara
Good luck on your search. I've only seen two other 2 door hardtops since my dad bought this one new. Never see a convertible, the story is that only 5 or 6 '61's were built and they all went to MGM. If you find one, I may have some spare parts. Mine is not for sale. rockinroads
Hi mate, Here's a 2 door for sale on ebay in Australia. I know that's nowhere near where you are but given the rarity of these cars, I thought I'd let you know just in case. Looks like you could restore this one. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/1961-DODGE-POLARA-MOPAR-Chrysler-Plymouth-Wild-SPACE-AGE-Design-/151735258563?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_15&hash=item2354204dc3 Cheers, Glen
