Pete Phillips Posted May 16, 2015 Share Posted May 16, 2015 There was an air-cooled Continental V-12 engine for sale at the recent Pate Swap Meet at Texas Motor Speedway in Ft. Worth. It was a huge engine--the size of a picnic table. The guy who had it said it came out of a tank. Bud Tierney Posted May 17, 2015 Author Share Posted May 17, 2015 Pete: Many thxx foir reply...member on smokstak had copy of Cont'l book, advised it mentioned the V12 as being developed for Pathfinder, but gave no other info, no pic, no mention of any production...Apparently was never produced: Davis never marketed any 12, and Pathfinder instead used the existing Weidley V12.
