Not the hot rod model please ! Prefer Model A Ford but will consider all. Home made would be nice !

Snyder's sells one.

Phil

gain, Thanks Phil. I bought the one from Snyders and gave it to my father in law for Christmas. I don't want to have two of them side by side. Thanks again, Wayne

You can always find a silhouette of a car you like and have a metal fab shop burn one out on a cut out table. Then you would have something unique. Just my 2 cents, Andy

Thanks Andy that is food for thought ! If I can't find one ready made I might well explore that idea. Wayne

Not long ago I bought the directional in the foreground on eBay for $125. Later I found an identical directional (in better condition) at Iola for under $100. The directional in the far background was $25 at a local swap meet.

The old originals are much more desirable to me than modern ones. The pix is a bit deceiving, as the building is 80 feet long.

Curti Thank you and I agree with your opinion concerning the older weather vanes. I would also entertain a newer somewhat unique one. Wayne

Hah! I wouldn't either. I didn't know they were that much.

Heh Bill We both got a chuckle. Thanks for trying. Wayne
