CarlLaFong
What do you mean, "you're trying to figure out the floor dimensions"? Do you have a tape measure? BTW, the car should have wooden floor boards
Guest pdingman
The problem that I am having is that the floor is gone, and the person that I purchased the car from didn't secure the body very well. I was hoping to find or make a metal floor to fit the car. It is being turned into a street rod so I would rather use metal. I was just hoping that someone could help me out with the dimensions so I can hold the car together properly. Thanks for any help.
playswithbrass
Hi there I have a stock 30 coach.Restored 30 years ago and driven about 50k since. The reason you do not see many 30 Chevhotrods is that the amount of wood in the body structure, door posts and the main body frame rails are wood.Trying to puta metal floor without addressing the wood posts and body rails is not wise.Better off and cheaper to get some onesfailed hotrod dream and finish it
Binger
You might have better luck over on the H.A.M.B. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/index.php The guys over there will be happy to help with some suggestions for rebuilding your sedan into a Hot rod. chances are you will have to make a floor for your self. Good luck
