Help needed on Tucker Car Corporation!

Hi, I am a student at Bettendorf High School looking for help from some car experts. I'm searching for information on the Tucker Car Corp. from any time between 1946-1950. Any information would be helpful, whether it be about the '48 Sedan, the company, or Preston Tucker himself. Thanks!

A Hollywood movie was made about Preston Tucker and the Tucker auto. You might want to get a copy of it to watch. I believe Jeff Bridges played Preston Tucker in the movie.

Try this link. These guys have a list of all Tuckers built and what happened to them, whether they still exist and where they are. These people a very helpful. List is not long as they made under 50 of the cars.

The movie referred to here is called Tucker: The Man and His Dream

The Tallahassee Automobile museum in Florida has the Tucker used in the movie and also the Studebaker modified to look like a Tucker that they wrecked for the the film. They also have a picture of Tuckers grandson standing with the car when he visited the museum a few years ago. I saw the cars in person just a few days ago on a visit there. They may have more info you could use.
