Dave Henderson Posted April 12, 2013 Share Posted April 12, 2013 The box end wrench is probably O1A 17017B. If so, that wrench dates from 1940 because of the "O1A" pre-fix. The 2 open end wrenches and the adjustable also first appeared in 1940. The pliers are B-17025 which date from 1931, though not found in original tool kits prior to 1935. These tools in this combination would not have been provided before 1940. The tool pouch appears to also be from that time span.
