little by little, tried to start with one area at a time to completion, started with the doors, then find out, having trouble getting parts, so thats on hold, noticed the shudders were binding on the radiator, so took the shudders out of the shell and found a part missing from the bell crank that operates them, dont even know what it looks like, have been trying to findout, in the mean time i removed all the rust inside prepped the metal and painted it and put some insulation and sound deading material in. while waiting for parts, going to remove engine this week.Gonna stop until i get caught up on parts, so i can finish an area before moving on

The inside wood looks real good. Its nice to see someone working on an early Olds, there are not too many left.

the wood is good, although it looks like on the drivers door and driver side pass, it looks like someone a long time ago, did a repair job, they put in extra screws and put a wire cross brace on, you can see the turn buckel and screws in the pictures, but the doors are square, so they fixed whatever was wrong. before me they put in new roof wood, i guess about 30 yrs ago and it just sat in the garage
