Guest 61unibody Posted March 27, 2013 Share Posted March 27, 2013 Hello,I am restoring a 1952 Mercury among many other projects from DeSotos to Hudsons to Ford cars and trucks. So this has almost become a lifestyle for me. I am also interested in sheetmetal work and tools and welding. I do most of my own work, and if I dont know about it, I try to find a way to learn it. I am a toolmaker by trade so I am basically interested in any kind of metalworking or mechanics.I did an internet search and it led me here. What I was searching for is a replacement fuel tank for my 52 Mercury. I have found them for Fords, but nothing for the Mercurys.
