50jetback Posted September 6, 2012 Author Share Posted September 6, 2012 Posted this link because of the BCA historical link - not the pros and cons of modified Buicks.The seller only eludes to this cars history but from the Bugle article of April 2002 we know the car was built in 1994 by early BCA members Richard Scott BCA # 1003 and Ed Jensen BCA # 16.
