Hi is the door panel that holds the seat and windows switch the same on 63-64-65 Rivs

They have the same shape, but will differ for power windows, power seats, and/or power vents.

Picture shows a passinger side with a place for a power window switch and a power vent switch. Three possibilies for this side, custom interior with no power window, with power door window only, or with both power door and vent as this one is. Same combinations for the drivers side, but add power seats to the mix for more combinations.

First picture below shows a 63 with power windows only. No power seat, no power vents.

Second picture shows a 64 with power seat and power windows, but no power vents.

Third picture shows a passinger side 63 with both power window and vent as you pictured.

Fourth picture show a 64 with power seats, door window and vent.

All the same but all different. 63, 64, and 65 will interchange with each other, and maybe that is the answer you were looking for. Hope this helps.

The one in the picture is a passenger side with power window switch hole and the upper hole is for the power vent option.

Just an FYI...custom interior with no power windows does not require this trim piece as Buick did not provide the forward section of the armrest if the power options were not ordered.
