If it is a stock Model T carburetor, try screwing the adjustment needle at the top of the carburetor all the way down (make sure it seats, but do not force it). Then back it off about 2 turns. This should be a good cold "starting" position. Once it warms up, turn it down 1/2 to a complete turn. If the carburetor (and everything else is good) it should run correctly at about 1-1 1/2 turns open when the engine is warm.
