Dave@Moon Posted January 4, 2012 Share Posted January 4, 2012 (edited) This look like a wheel center, not a hub cap per se. I believe the red shield with gold concentric rings was used only on the 1957 Cadillac wheel covers and non-Eldorado wheel centers. However none of the stock units I can find on line look exactly like this. I think this is likely a custom center made for aftermarket wheels on a Caddy by sticking an older 1957 badge on a newer wheel center, possibly for an E-T or American Racing wheel (a guess based on the design of the center). keiser31 Posted January 4, 2012 Share Posted January 4, 2012 I agree with Dave in that it is a center cap, but by the looks of the slots beneath, I would say the badge and center cap were a mate from the beginning.
