carbking
At one time Peerless used a Penberthy type DV (double venturi) or two-barrel airvalve carburetor (similar to the Schebler model S) Each barrel had a small air intake for good air velocity at low engine speeds, and a large air valve to supply additional for higher engine speeds. The Penberthy DV was also used on the Oldsmobile 8 of the same period.Somewhere on this forum there is a thread with some pictures of the Oldsmobile version.Jon.
