JB1917reo
I am new here. But have a 1916/1917 Reo Roadster that my great-grandfather purchased new. She has never "not run" but at the moment is apart and it turns out the rear axle has major issues.Minimally need the 1. 12 tooth pinion gear2. right axle tube assembly with backing platePreferable would be the complete rear axle with pinion.Any information or recommendations welcome. I will follow up contacts - then have the mechanic working on the car for me discuss specifics.Joanneislesannie@yahoo.complease put 17 Reo in the subject if you contact me
Ronabi
Joanne; haven't seen any posts or suggestions to your inqiury but as old as the car is you may have to have those parts cast and machined. REO parts are like hens teeth hard to find. I too have a REO that I'm looking for those hard to find parts.
